About Us

Helping brands and their locations improve business performance for over ten years.

Who We Are

Netsertive was founded in 2009 with an entrepreneurial spirit and lofty mission - to help companies drive more business with an assertive local online presence. Since then a lot has changed, yet we still have the same drive to improve the way businesses market at the local level.

Today, our AI-enabled Distributed Marketing Platform simplifies how brands execute locally relevant marketing campaigns, while delivering centralized control and local business intelligence to better manage multi-location digital campaigns. Our team of digital advisors offload the burden of day to day campaign management, while our AI-enabled platform executes and optimizes custom, location specific marketing campaigns across search, social, video and display advertising.

Over 1,500 Brands, Agencies and Media Companies use Netsertive's award-winning technology, services, and support to help measure and improve the performance of their business.

Netsertive Leadership

Over 200 years of combined industry experience

Steve Leonard

President & CEO

Steve’s mission is to drive continuous innovation around Netsertive’s Distributed Marketing Platform. For the past 20 years, he’s played a key role in the development of software platforms designed to support the growth and demand of global enterprise brands. In 2004, he founded GoldPocket Wireless, one of the first companies to launch shortcodes. GoldPocket was later acquired by mobile software platform provider, Motricity (now Voltari). Steve served as General Manager for Motricity, leading the development of a content management platform used by many of the top media and entertainment brands in the world. Most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer at Bandwidth (NASD: BAND) leading the company’s strategy and growth from a startup to a recognized leader of the CPASS industry and eventual IPO in November of 2017.

Steve’s prior experience developing software platforms for handling large-scale network and data system management is a key factor in his ability to help shape the future of Netsertive’s product vision. He spent much of his early career as a software developer writing code for platforms ranging from financial reporting to interactive television.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, cum laude, from Stonehill College in Massachusetts. He spends his free time with his wife and three children, cheering for various Boston sports teams.
