Digital Marketing Specialist

November 30, 2022

The Digital Marketing Specialist manages campaign execution for our accounts to meet the client’s business objectives, proactively updates campaigns to exceed industry standards, and provides operational support for the Client Success team. This individual is responsible for Search, Display, Social, and/or Video campaign execution through appropriate technology platforms which may require coordination with multiple internal Netsertive teams.

Responsiblities:

Ensure overall client success and satisfaction
Own, manage and execute for digital marketing campaigns
Create relevant content and campaigns for brands and businesses
Proactively provide recommendations applicable to clients’ business objectives, expectations, and goals
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions
Oversee and/or participate in all operational projects
Provide expertise on platforms such as: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Business Manager, TradeDesk, and Google Analytics
Work closely with the Product Team to test and implement new products
Work closely with the Strategy Team to implement new strategies for clients
Work closely with internal team members to help develop internal standard operational processes and procedures

Minimum Qualifications

Experience managing paid digital campaigns
Provides ideas/solutions when presented with an issue or campaign strategy challenge

High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Documents and Google Ads reporting

Demand Generation Manager

Netsertive is looking for an experienced Director of Demand Generation to join the team. Based in Raleigh, NC and reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. These programs will include both inbound and outbound marketing motions including content marketing, SEM, events, email, social, video and display advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for B2B tech companies, strong management experience, and strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI and forecasting.

Responsiblities:

  • Generate a consistent flow of marketing and sales qualified leads to build pipeline and increase marketing’s contribution to revenue.
  • Manage the strategy and team of marketing managers responsible for impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to sales conversations and increase marketing contributed revenue.
  • Manage the sales development team responsible for moving leads into and through the sales funnel, and setting up sales qualified appointments using Salesloft and other tools.
  • Oversee and improve the entirety of the lead lifecycle management process from suspect to sale and integration between Marketo and Salesforce for reporting and lead delivery purposes.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales in the development of campaigns and prioritization of initiatives.
  • Oversee the website and inbound marketing efforts.
  • Run the SEO, SEM, social, remarketing and various paid advertising efforts.
  • Oversee vendor choices and contracts.
  • Create and manage a budget that meets company goals for pipeline growth.
  • Contribute to overall database health, including analyzing gaps in data while implementing practices that ensure data quality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and demand generation.
  • Must have budget management experience and financial analysis ability.
  • Demonstrated results in hitting targets and improving funnel close and conversion ratios.
  • Proven track record of leading successful demand generation programs with a breadth of knowledge from marketing databases, segmentation, email execution, lead processes, reporting & analysis.
  • Experience with marketing automation, analytics, and system tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft and Google Analytics.

Product Marketing Manager

Netsertive is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our agile marketing team. This person will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and the customer, to gain a strong understanding of our markets and how to craft compelling stories and solutions for our customers. They will leverage deep market knowledge and a strong understanding of our customers and competitors to drive Netsertive’s go-to-market strategy, sales messaging and positioning, content and collateral generation, and competitive analysis.  

This person will also work closely with Netsertive customers to derive insights, inform product improvements, and optimize messaging. This is an exciting opportunity to work with all internal teams and all levels of the organization. The candidate must be able to go between high-level planning and developing strategic insights, and getting their hands dirty with material creation and content development to manage initiatives from conception through delivery.

Responsiblities:

  • Learn about Netsertive’s customers, their journey and understand the competition inside and out to help develop a differentiated market position
  • Develop and execute go-to-market, sales enablement plans, and materials.
  • Contribute to guiding Netsertive’s product content and product collateral. These include POVs, guides, blog posts, email newsletters, one-sheets, and sales decks among other deliverables.
  • Help with the launch of new product releases by guiding the internal go-to-market process, which includes customer and product definitions, market intel, positioning language and sales materials among other deliverables.
  • Build and leverage data-driven insights from external and internal sources to refine the Netsertive value story and generate supporting thought tracks.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team of customer service professionals, digital strategists, and product experts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in business, marketing or technology field
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing for a MarTech or AdTech company
  • 4+ years of total experience in product marketing for a software product, technology company, or digital publisher
  • Ability to provide samples of previous go-to-market plans, product marketing materials, and performance metrics
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
  • Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders with competing requirements

Enterprise Client Success Manager

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital advertising account manager to expand and master a broad range of skills to include, client facing presentations, data analytics, digital ad performance across multiple locations, and own a book of business for growth and success.  The Client Success Manager is responsible for providing strategic account management and sales leadership for an assigned portfolio of strategic key brand accounts.  You will manage the day–to-day activities  for maintaining and growing a base of revenue, overall customer relationship, and actively manage the cross network performance and client satisfaction.  This position coordinates closely with our Operations/Client Performance team. 

Responsiblities:

  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of 7 - 9 Brands and/or revenue base of $1 - $2M in the Franchise Brand space.
  • Serve as subject matter expert of company products to deliver value to customers to include but  not limited to Search, Display, Social, SEO, and CTV.
  • Successfully manage, coordinate, and performance tune ad campaigns to ensure overall satisfaction 
  • Cultivate relationships at CMO level to gain insight into holistic approach to the Brand Marketing strategy.
  • Lead and manage quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for each account with an emphasis on broader business relationship; accountable for data/performance driven executive monthly reviews and representation at customer events and conferences.
  • Assist in the ongoing development of market intelligence to influence our future campaigns and product roadmap
  • Identify opportunities for Netsertive to scale service footprint within enterprise customers
  • Work closely with internal team members to develop processes and shape the future of the business.
  • Maintain data integrity in CRM (Salesforce)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related area
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience with demonstrated dedication to clients and problem solving 
  • 3+ years of enterprise account management experience
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

Our Campaign Strategist will be responsible for solutioning & developing effective digital marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns to meet our customers' business objectives, and collaborating with both internal teams & customers to drive retention & growth. 

Responsiblities:

  • Research and develop digital marketing strategies and campaign plans to meet client business objectives based on consumer insight and data
  • Identify new digital marketing strategies to be explored and drive testing in collaboration with platform partners (Google, Microsoft, etc) as well as internal Client Performance & Product teams

Client Success Specialist

The Client Success Specialist provides world-class support to help our Franchise Location clients achieve their business goals through highly targeted, localized online advertising. This role develops and maintains long-term business relationships by playing a hybrid role between Franchise Corporate Management support and owning a book of business.
