Roger Martin set out to create something different in the fitness industry. AS CEO and Co-Founder of the industry-leading group fitness studio, RockBox Fitness, Roger and his partners started the concept to change lives and combat boring fitness routines. Throughout his four years he has built the brand from the ground up, which has become a state-of-the-art fitness studio that combines boxing, kickboxing, and function weight training to help members get into shape. With strategically designed studios, advanced audio system and psychological mood-altering lights RockBox’s workouts are an immersive experience for every member that walks through the door.
Prior to RockBox, Roger operated as the Chief Operating Officer of a solid oral dosage pharmaceutical development and manufacturing organization, TEDOR Pharma, and served as President of a large topical semi-solid and liquid CDMO, as a National Sales Director and Sr. Vice President leading sales and marketing teams of up to 500 sales representatives in the specialty and big pharma market.
