Eric Bauer is the Chief Operating Officer of Diesel Barbershop Franchising LLC, as well as a Diesel Franchisee and Area Developer. A classically trained marketer with a BSBA from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and an MBA in marketing from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Go Jackets!), Eric spent his 20 years of corporate marketing experience building brands for companies including SC Johnson, Novartis, Southeastern Grocers and Web.com. After decades of working for others, Eric could no longer suppress his entrepreneurial spirit and decided in 2018 to leave corporate America behind and begin his journey in franchising. Since 2019, he has owned and operated one of the highest grossing Diesel locations in the country. In his Chief Operating Officer role, Eric leads the growth planning and strategic direction of a 29 location and counting national brand.
